   Every month a new Nostradamus quatrain will be added to this website.  Each prophecy represents
  one more link in the great chain that forms the history of mankind on Earth.  Nostradamus quatrains
  cover the period of history from 1555 to 2055 AD., describing in great detail many previously unrevealed
  events in French history that have eluded historians for decades.  In these mysterious four-line poems,
  Nostradamus reveals to us the truth behind some of the greatest historical mysteries.  We can now know
  the fate of the so-called Lost Dauphine (the son of Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette), and solve the mystery
  of why Francis II died so young on the French throne.  Our religious leaders tell us that in the Last Days
  all such hidden truths will finally be revealed.  Could it be that the Last Days are finally upon us?  This
  month we are adding Quatrain #2-13 to our collection of Nostradamus prophecies from his famous
  book, the Centuries:

       NOSTRADAMUS QUATRAIN #2-13

       The body without a soul can no longer be sacrificed,

       Le corps ame plus n'estre en sacrifice,

       The day of death is a day of rebirth;

       Jour de la mort mis en nativite;

       The divine spirit makes the soul joyful,

       L'esprit divin fera l'ame felice,

       Witnessing the Holy Word and its eternity.

       Voiant le Verbe en son eternite.

   This is one of the most interesting of all Nostradamus' quatrains.  It is his statement on death.  Not many people understand that Nostradamus was a devout Christian who firmly believed in the truth of the Holy Scriptures.  He was an advisor to the monarchs of France.  It was in fact the great French queen Catherine de Medici who personally asked Nostradamus to determine the destiny of each of her seven children.  The de Medici's of Florence, Italy had been seated on the holy see in Rome for many years.

   This fascinating statement on death can be referenced in the Book of John 3:5, where Jesus tells a rather incredulous Nicodemus that it is necessary for him to be born once again of the spirit in order to be able to enter into the kingdom of heaven.  Nicodemus, like many of Jesus' followers, is quite confused at this concept that his Master is trying to explain to him.   As we can plainly see from this quatrain however, Nostradamus was not the least bit confused as to the meaning of the words of his Rabbi.

   While the men of the world continue to fear the spectrum of death, Nostradamus views death as a glorious rebirth of the soul into an world of eternal peace and harmony.  Having seen the future for himself, he, unlike many of us, is certain of his destiny.  If you would like to know more about how Hebrew prophecy may still be affecting world events today, please click on the link below to order your copy of Edward Oliver's amazing book "Prophets and Frauds," and read about how the word of the ancient prophets may still be accurately predicting the course of world history.
