Do the prophecies of Nostradamus represent accurate predictions of modern-day events like the terrorist attacks on New York? Or is the so-called prophet Nostradamus nothing but a very clever fraud? Many Nostradamus fans still insist that his quatrains can provide us with an inexhaustible reservoir of information about past and future world events, if we could only figure them out. But the world's top scientific and academic authorities still insist that it is impossible for man to see through time.
In 1981, author Erika Cheetham published her famous softcover book, The Man Who Saw Tomorrow - The Prophecies of Nostradamus. And in one of the most amazing coincidences in modern history, Ms. Cheetham's book correctly predicted certain future attacks on New York City. In the index of her book, under the heading "New York City," Ms. Cheetham references specific quatrains that she says predict future attacks on New York. She describes them as follows:
1. An "attack" on "New York" involving a "bombing" (Chapter 6 - Quatrain 97).
2. An "attack" on "New York" involving it's "towers or skyscrapers" (Chapter 1 - Quatrain 87).
Was it mere coincidence that allowed Erika Cheetham to accurately predict these future events? Or was she correct about the great prophet Nostradamus' ability to see into the future? Modern scientists tell us that it isn't possible for men to see through time. But what about Bible prophecy, is that also just myth and fantasy?
Could it be that Nostradamus actually was one of the 500-year Hebrew prophets sent by God to warn His people about future catastrophes?
